This class is for Pilates students with some previous experience with a mild to moderate pace that covers the principles of Pilates and works at a beginner to intermediate level. The class explores the mat and tower exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to support uniform development of strength and mobility. This is an ongoing class. It is highly recommended that you complete either a Foundational Mat series or at least one private lesson before entering this class.
